Im beyond annoyed!

Im so very disappointed, I dont usually give bad reviews I like to keep things positive, but... Im doing the correct steps still some how out of the blue it says I fail. How could that be? Im doing it correctly. Im sure I hit the button, its a good app just not for me!! Sorry for a negative review, have fun playing! Keep it positive
